The primary cooking area consists of a 520 sq.in. porcelainenameled cast iron grate, paired with a 170 sq.in. stainless steel warm rack section. This totals 690 sq.in. of cooking space, perfect for hosting family and friends. The gas grill and charcoal grill can be controlled independently, making it easy to adapt to any situation.

Porcelainenameled Cast Iron Grates: Heavy Duty and High-Quality

Our upgraded main cooking area grates are porcelainenameled cast iron grates. These grates combine the durability of traditional cast iron with the nonstick and rust-resistant properties of enamel. They ensure even heat distribution when used with the three stainless steel burners and the enameled charcoal tray.

Easy to Clean: Grease and Ash Management

Below the grill chamber body, there is a grease tray for the propane gas grill and an ash tray for the charcoal grill. The grease tray is designed with a tilt, allowing grease to flow directly into the hanging grease box below. Both trays are full-sized and slide-out for easy cleaning after grilling.
